CENTRAL Department Store Voucher can be requested only through the JAL website. Requests over the phone are not available.
Once miles are redeemed, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for other awards.

Coupons will be sent to JMB member's registered address in around 2 weeks after accepting application.

• *This Gift Voucher is valid for purchase of merchandise equal to the indicated value, and is valid ONLY at Central and ZEN branches of: Marks & Spencer, Central Food Hall, Tops, Power Buy, Supersports, HomeWorks and B2S (NOT valid for rental shop).
• *This Gift Voucher is NOT valid for purchase of phone cards, liquor, wine or beer at Central Food Hall.
• *Should it become evident that goods purchased using this Gift Voucher are intended for subsequent re-sale, Central Department Store reserves the right to refuse to acknowledge the validity of the voucher.
• *Central Department Store reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice.
• *Should this Gift Voucher appear damaged, defomed or in any way altered, or in case of loss, Central Department Store reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept validity of the voucher without compensation.
